After my sky is falling post from yesterday, today I am feeling a little bit better about the team. With my post yesterday and my post the day before it is fairly obvious that I just don't yet have a good idea about this years club. Are they going to be good or not? I still think they are the best team in the Central but at some point they should probably start playing like it.
That aside, yesterday's game continued a very encouraging early season trend. Cliff Lee has thus far looked marvelous. He is striking people out and not giving up hits or walks. That is a pretty good combination. It is still early and things could go sour, but I have very much liked what I have seen.
